Delta Government Solutions
Delta Government Solutions (“DGS”) was created to provide bespoke financing solutions to sovereigns, federal, state, and municipal governments. As most governments are consistently challenged to meet the needs of their constituents from tax dollars and fee revenues, oftentimes this results in governments lacking the necessary funding to pursue meritorious legal claims against third-parties where they would prevail.
DGS addresses these challenges by bridging the gap between government revenues and government expenditures on litigation and arbitration through the provisions of equity and credit-oriented financing solutions. These solutions allow governments to borrow against claims, judgments and awards they have already obtained but have not yet collected, as well as obtaining funding to pursue meritorious claims that are pursued by legal counsel selected and managed by the governments.
