Mark Faulkenberg
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Faulkenberg oversees all business functions to ensure that Delta remains compliant with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Before joining Delta, Mr. Faulkenberg served as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Investment Management of Boomtown, a leading technology startup accelerator with more than 200 portfolio companies and dozens of entities.
Prior to his time at Boomtown, Mr. Faulkenberg was a senior executive of Agile Fund Solutions, an outsourced CFO/COO firm for hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds with over 50 clients and more than $10 billion in assets under administration. Before Agile, Mr. Faulkenberg was a Managing Director at Conifer Financial Services, a leading asset services firm in the private equity industry, with over 200 clients and $115 billion of assets under administration worldwide. Prior to Conifer, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Imprint Capital Advisors, a leading impact investing firm acquired in 2015 by Goldman Sachs.
