Elinoar Sofer
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Sofer previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of BlackSwan Technologies, a leading global technology AI startup. In this capacity, she scaled the company across six subsidiaries within USA, EMEA and ASIA and successfully raised over $50 million in investments and secured commercial partnerships with leading names in the Fintech Industry. Ms. Sofer established and led the Operational Excellence, Security, Human Resources, Legal and Finance Departments. During her tenure the company, she obtained global recognition from Gartner, Chartis, Risk.net and AI Dev World.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Sofer was the Head of Corporate Development at Ripples Homeland Security Group. In this capacity, she was responsible for establishing the company both domestically and internationally. She engaged with government agencies to set up efficient tax structures and gain research and development grants as well as collaborated with international universities on research and development opportunities. Ms Sofer managed the mergers and acquisitions process for the company and strategic channel partnerships.
