Weronika Rydzińska-Zowczak, LL.M.
Associate
Ms. Rydzińska-Zowczak joined Delta in September of 2021. In her role as an Associate, she assists in managing European transactions, starting from the due diligence phase through the closing of the deal. Ms. Rydzińska-Zowczak monitors the legal market across Europe, including litigation trends, as well as researching the recovery market.
Prior to joining Delta, Ms. Rydzińska-Zowczak worked in the arbitration department for Kochański & Partners, a leading independent European law firm. She specializes in domestic and international civil and commercial disputes, as well as in arbitration. She has assisted in representing enterprises before Polish and foreign courts (in cross-border disputes), and before the Court of Justice of the European Union, in addition to being engaged in projects related to infrastructure and energy disputes involving state-owned companies.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Rydzińska-Zowczak gained experience at leading law firms such as Clifford Chance, DLA Piper and Norton Rose Fulbright in the field of international arbitration and commercial litigation. Moreover, she served as the Assistant to the Secretary-General of one of the biggest arbitration centres in Europe.
Ms. Rydzińska-Zowczak is based in the Warsaw office. She is fluent in Polish and English.
Education: Cardinal Wyszyński University (Master of Law, 2018), British Law Diploma at University of Warsaw (2017).
