Mr. Malecek leads Delta’s sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring efforts in connection to investment opportunities within Central and Eastern Europe.  Mr. Malecek frequently travels between Warsaw and Prague to help promote Delta and assist with project management.

Mr. Malecek has over 20 years of experience advising corporate and sovereign entities on banking, finance and dispute related matters in a number of jurisdictions across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Malecek co-founded a multi-disciplinary practice where his areas of expertise included litigation management, dispute resolution, asset recovery, cross border leverage finance and the co-ordination of the company’s various advisors/practices and external contractors.

Previously, Mr. Malecek was a partner with CMS Cameron McKenna, prior to which he worked with White & Case and Lovell White Durrant. Prior to the start of his legal career, Mr. Malecek was an investment banker with HSBC, NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd, and Credit Lyonnais Securities (Tokyo).
