Daniel Bond

Formerly a Partner at Kirkland Ellis LLP, Mr. Bond had a 10+ year law firm career with extensive experience in the conduct, management and planning of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Experience encompasses a wide-range of intellectual property and complex civil litigation matters, including class action litigation, company related issues and disputes, insurance-related litigation, Internet, right of publicity, privacy, tort law, trade secrets, patent litigation, trademark infringement, copyright, false advertising and contractual disputes.

Additionally, Mr. Bond successfully litigated numerous high profile lawsuits for blue chip clients in a variety of fields, including cruise lines, social media, medical devices and implants, sporting goods, telecommunication products and services, consumer electronics, internet marketing, clothing, promotional products, and professional services.  Mr. Bond also has successfully litigated numerous class actions related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Junk Fax Prevention Act.  Mr. Bond’s experience extends to all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints to receiving jury verdicts; from managing all aspects of the discovery process, to arguing motions and conducting trials in both state and federal court.
